Please find the facts about the Greater Binghamton Real Estate Market.  An Article in the Wall Street Journal depicted Binghamton as having a 14% Market Drop.  Although our median price did in drop, our average sales price and quantity of sales have INCREASED in Broome County.  

Although we did have an abundance of lower priced sales, the Median Sale Price Does NOT reflect our True Market, especially comparing ONLY the 1st Quarters.
