For the past few months, as an agent with an Exit Realty franchise, I have been getting 90% of my deals until the end of the year. If my commission was $3000, my check ends up being $2690. No desk fees, a cap of franshise fees, and a $10 E&O insurance - I get to keep 90% of it!
Once I hit 100k gross closed commissions, my split went to 90%
90% is a wonderful thing! - What could you do with an extra 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of your commission checks?
