In this economy, where the real estate transactions are fewer than in years past, are your commission checks getting spread thinner and thinner?  Do you feel like you are in first gear, pedaling and pedaling and covering less ground?  

I don't.

For the past few months, as an agent with an Exit Realty franchise, I have been getting 90% of my deals until the end of the year.  If my commission was $3000, my check ends up being $2690.  No desk fees,  a cap of franshise fees, and a $10 E&O insurance - I get to keep 90% of it!

Once I hit 100k gross closed commissions, my split went to 90%

90% is a wonderful thing! - What could you do with an extra 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of your commission checks?
