and I have made a career of helping nice people buy and sell real estate.   I wake up every morning and one of the first thoughts that hit my brain before my feet even hit the ground is .. . "who can i help today?"  I figured out that most of the activities I do don't directly earn me a paycheck, unless some one is closing on their house that exact day.  Most of my activities are based on opening doors to nice people and introducing them to homes, in and around the Binghamton area and seeing if it would be a good fit for them.  Or I help explain to a client, during the transaction, what is happening or why something isn't going as on schedule as it should.  Or educating a seller about today's market and how to quickly and efficiently sell their house.  

There is no forcing involved, just reinforcing.
